GENERAL INFORMATION
X1200 is a strong lubricant and anti-corrosion protecting agent, including in an aggressive environment. It is a mixture of atomised molecules of metals suspended in a composition of synthetic lubricating agents.
X1200 can even penetrate the micro pores of metals, establishing a strongly adhesive coating on their surfaces, separating cooperating components of mechanisms, and thus the connected units may be easily disassembled with standard tools even after many years.
X1200 is a good heat conductor, is stable and retains its properties in the temperature range of -180°C — +1,200°C, is resistant to water, water vapour, salt solutions, acids, lyes, oils.
X1200 is non-poisonous and does not contain lead or nickel
X1200 seals, featuring good surface adhesion (does not flux) and is very economical to use
USAGE
X1200 features many applications in the following fields: - chemical and petrochemical plants, paper-mill, gas-works, thermal-electric power stations, road construction equipments, workshops, garages, perfect for applications in the automotive industry, in the production of sanitary and water conditioning equipment, in engine repair workshops, the food industry, packaging production, shipyards, mines, glass-works, etc.
