TTP-HSS-G DRILL BITS are a set of precision, cross-ground drill bits for metal. They allow 40% faster work, 50% less relative forced feed in comparison to standard-ground high-speed steel drill bits with a conically ground cutting edge. The self-centring, cross-ground cutting edges of drill bits eliminates the necessity for centre-punching or drilling of pilot holes of up to 10 mm.
USAGE
TTP-HSS-G DRILL BITS are used for the heaviest loads and highest precision in industry and craftsmanship. Fro drilling in materials, e.g.: alloy and carbon steel of tensile strength up to 900 N/mm², grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron, sintered irons, new silver, graphite, non-ferrous metals, plastics.
We recommend using CUT-IT PASTE lubricant and PRO SHARP DRILLING SPRAY in order to obtain better drilling results.
